After A 12 Year Hiatus, Amigo Airsho is Back!

Get ready to witness the most epic aerial spectacle to grace the El Paso skies in over a decade because, drumroll please, The Amigo Airsho is making a comeback to Biggs Army Airfield on October 12th and 13th, 2024! 

It's been twelve long years since the last jaw-dropping Airsho, and aviation enthusiasts, civic leaders, and even our favorite Canadian pilots are counting down the days. (I know I am too!) 

The special announcement took place in style at Million Air El Paso's airplane hangar, where business moguls, elected officials, and Fort Bliss reps gathered to hear the news and share the news. 

Tresa Rockwell, the CEO of Amigo Airsho, expressed gratitude to the forces behind the scenes, including Paul Foster and Franklin Mountain Investments.

The 2024 edition of Amigo Airsho is turning up the excitement by featuring the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the crème de la crème of military aerobatic flight teams. 

Picture this: nine jets, precision formations, and the coolest maneuvers you've ever seen! The Snowbirds are jetting in from the Great White North to give us a show-stopping performance, marking their 19th and final act of 2024.

The Snowbirds are set to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force throughout the airshow season.

Amigo Airsho 2024 is not just an airshow; it's a reunion of aviation lovers, military enthusiasts, and adrenaline junkies and for many locals it’s a tradition that we are so happy to see make a comeback!
