Background: According to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), Hernandez has been wanted since January 2022 for indecency with a child by sexual contact in Harris County. His criminal history includes multiple DWI convictions in 2009, leading to his deportation. In July 2021, he was arrested in Houston for using a false driver’s license but was released on bond.
