Judge Patricia Chew has spoken. Sherman Hemsley's will, awarding his assets to partner Flora Enchinton Bernal, was upheld in court after Hemsley's half-brother, Richard Thornton, contested it. As it paves the way for Sherman's body to finally be laid to rest, we give you a Morning Show meme in memoriam.

Hemsley died of complications from lung cancer July 24, but his body remained in an east El Paso mortuary while the legal battle over his will wound its way through the courts. Enchinton Bernal says Hemsley will now finally be laid to rest at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
