I’m Being Ticketed For What??

We all hate getting tickets. Stupid tickets are even worse!Rolling stops, no insurance ... speeding. They all suck right??  How would you like getting a ticket for having garbage in your vehicle?  In Hilton Head South Carolina, that's a no-no.  In Minnetonka Minnesota;p it's illegal to have muddy tires!  Muddy tires??  Really?  Glad I don't live there .. guilty as charged on that one!
