Spring is here! Time to start your gardens and lawn maintenance. Find out how you can get free mulch, paint and more from the city! Plus borrow the tools you need to make your outdoor living spaces beautiful. The City of El Paso Environmental Services want to help the community get started on their outdoor home landscaping goals by giving you and letting you borrow some of the tools you need. The Citizen Collection Stations are spaced throughout the city and are a one-stop shop to drop off, pick up and borrow what you need.

You may drop off extra trash, yard waste, oil and recyclables at the collection stations plus grab FREE mulch, household cleaning products and reusable paint. If you need equipment you are also able to borrow lawnmowers, shovels and rakes for up to 7 days. The Far East collection station even has some furniture, appliances and toys that can be repurposed. The Citizen Collection Stations in El Paso are located at:

  • Northeast- 4507 Hondo Pass
  • Westside- 121 Atlantic
