As someone who's lived on Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas for years, the PX (aka the Army & Air Force Exchange, AAFES) has been one of the biggest stores for people to shop on Post. Since I've moved here in 1996, the PX has gone through many changes & has grown exponentially. Today the food court has become a source of different places to eat & shop & it has been considered one of the most impressive on any military base in the United States.

I'm not the only one who says Fort Bliss's food court is one of the best

The website Mashed posted about military bases with impressive food courts in the United States (Fort Cavazos in Killeen was also included too). When you scroll down, Fort Bliss was literally the first one listed on the website, with a nice photo of the food court. It also says it has some of the most comprehensive food selections on any US military base; meaning the selection of choices is quite extensive.

Although my only criticism is that it only showed just ONE photo inside. It doesn't properly show how big the PX truly is. If you've been there you know of the Texas Roadhouse,

And of course the various stores like the Subway, Taco Bell, the Razzmatazz shop, the Sarku Japanese restaurant...and that's just the inside. The Mashed article went on to say that the food court is quite pretty on the inside AND outside.

There are more businesses outside the main Marketplace as well

Smash Burgers, Buffalo Wild Wings, Blaze Pizza & a whole movie theater too are some of the places that can be around Fort Bliss.

Now there's something else Fort Bliss can confidently say: in addition to having the largest training area in the whole United States, the food court at the PX is also considered one of coolest in the US too.
