Let's be completely honest. Disney has oversaturated the market with too much Star Wars. Multiple movies a year. Too many TV shows. It's too much...

NO! It's not! Quite frankly one of the only bad things that has been done recently is the casting of Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo. That movie wasn't that bad. Just that casting was.

And now the big news coming from Disney and Star Wars is that Ewan McGregor WILL be coming back as Obi-Wan Kenobi in a new Disney+ show. The studio had originally planned a standalone movie about the Jedi, but that has since changed to a series.

Not much is known about the Obi-Wan series, but it could very easily follow the Jedi after the fall of the Republic and the rise of the Empire, before he runs into R2D2, C3PO, and Luke Skywalker in A New Hope.

Disney+ is set to premiere on November 12th, with The Mandalorian being one of the key debuts on the new streaming service. There will also be a show starring Diego Luna and Alan Tudyk reprising their roles from Rogue One, Cassian Andor and K-2SO.
