El Pasoan Elia Esparza had her blind audition tonight on the voice and wowed the judges by performing a song by the Queen of Tejano, Selena.

El Pasoan Elia Esparza won the judges over on NBC's "The Voice" with her voice and her unique approach to getting their attention. During the show's Blind Auditons, Esparza sang in Spanish, a first for the show. She also chose Selena Quintanilla's "Como La Flor." The song is a staple here in the Borderland and to Hispanics all over, so to hear a Latina who is from El Paso giving tribute to our queen Selena was amazing. The performance was refreshing, beautiful and in the words of Coach Adam Levine "refreshing."

In the end, she was able to get Miley Cyrus, Blake Shelton and Adame Levine to all turn their chairs around. The 23 year-old decided to go with Levine and be the first member of Team Adam.

Watch her amazing performance above and good luck Elia! El Paso is rooting for you.
