If you or someone you know cannot enjoy a nice Thanksgiving meal this year, Jalisco's has got you.

Located in the Segundo Barrio, Jalisco Cafe is once again opening its doors to those who otherwise would not have a traditional Thanksgiving meal today. It's a tradition that goes back 15 years according to the El Paso Herald-Post.  Proprietor Hector Chavez said:

Struggling families, our veterans and individuals are all invited  to have the same traditional meal that you and I have, and that’s really what it’s all about.  We are blessed to be in business since 1954 and once again, this is our way of showing our appreciation and gratitude”- EP Herald Post,

There are really no requirements to get the free meal and Chavez added that; "Everyone, and we mean everyone is welcome!"

Jalisco Cafe is located at 1029 East Seventh Avenue and will be serving the free meals today, (11/28/19), from 11am - 4pm.
