El Paso Dude Sells Weed on Craigslist, Obviously Gets Arrested by Police

The key to a successful business is getting the word out about who and where you are. Usually.

The El Paso County Sheriff's office got a tip that someone was selling mota via Craigslist and, being curious types, they looked into it. The post said, "Top level Kush on deck. Smells so amazing and gets you super high"

The seller followed all the other rules of good advertising, adding his prices and a phone number which EPCSO used to contact and then arrest him. So it's no surprise that Matthew Alarcon was charged with possession and delivery of marijuana under 2oz.  Apparently he also had a few extra Xanax pills to unload so he was also charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Stay away from drugs kiddies.  They make you do dumb things!
