Court Dates for Any Type of Ticket Should Be Postponed As Well

There have been all sorts of postponements happening due to Covid-19 lately. We first heard about concerts being postponed, basketball games, and school. But what I don't understand is why they haven't decided to postpone court dates as well. There is a constant group of people going in and out of the courtroom. Before the coronavirus started spreading throughout the United States, I had gotten a ticket. My court date is scheduled for next week during one of the two times they offer.

I have a lot of respect for events, schools, and places of business that are concerned for the well being of others. I just want to know if the court system will have the same concern too. Do you believe anyone who has a court date this month should attend with everything going on? We have witnessed the coronavirus spread quicker than butter on hot toast.
