Closures This Week In El Paso For The Go 10 Project
Another week, and another list of street closures for El Paso. Find out what areas of El Paso will be impacted this week.
The City of El Paso is continuing to grow. To maintain this growth, construction is a necessary evil for people in the city. This week on the west side, there will be full closures of Interstate 10 causing severe congestion in the area. If you want to keep from getting stuck in traffic for awhile, make sure to avoid these areas this week during these times.
Wednesday, August 2nd
I-10 at Executive Center Blvd. and Sunland Park (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
- I-10 West COMPLETELY closed at Executive Center Blvd.
- I10 East COMPLETELY closed at Sunand Park Dr.
- I-10 West Entrance at Sunland Park Dr. CLOSED
- I-10 East Sunland Flyover Entrance CLOSED
- DETOUR: I-10 East Exit Sunland Park and re-enter at next entrance ramp; I-10 West Exit Executive Center Blvd. and take North Mesa to I-10 West entrance
Tuesday and Thursday, August 1st and 3rd
I-10 at Sunland Par Drive (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
- I-10 COMPLETELY CLOSED at Sunland Park Exits
- I-10 West Entrance CLOSED at Sunland Park Dr.
- DETOUR: I-10 West exit Sunland Park Dr. and take Mesa west to re-enter I-10; I-10 East exit SUnland and take Mesa and follow detour signs
Tuesday, August 1st
I-10 at Mesa Street (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
- South Desert Blvd. closed between Thorn Avenue and North Mesa
- DETOUR: I-10 East take Redd Road to Doniphan to North Mesa
July 31st- August 2nd
I-10 at Mesa Street ( 9 p.m. to 4 a.m)
- I-10 East North Mesa Exit ramp CLOSED
- DETOUR: Exit Redd Road and take Doniphan
Monday, July 31st
I-10 at Mesa Street ( 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
- I-10 East at North Mesa Exit COMPLETELY closed
- Mesa eastbound Entrance and Exit ramps
- DETOUR: Eastbound traffic may exit at Redd Road and take Doniphan Drive to North Mesa
I-10 at Sunland Park Drive
July 30th - August 3rd ( 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
- Sunland Park East Flyover Ramp CLOSED
- DETOUR: Enter I-10 East on Doniphan side of I-10
I-10 at Sunland Park Drive
- I-10 both directions CLOSED at Sunland Park Exits
- DETOUR: I-10 West exit Sunland Park Dr. and take Mesa west to re-enter I-10; I-10 East exit SUnland and take Mesa and follow detour signs
