Some of the jobs available are part-time but some are full-time positions.

When you think “hiring for a water park” you probably think “life-guards”. Yes, many of the part-time positions ARE for lifeguards. But, you don’t need any experience! You just have to be 16 or older and the city will provide the training, no prior lifeguarding is needed.

Other positions include food and beverage, guest services, and park services. There are also jobs in sales and management.

Interested in applying to work at one of the city’s four water parks? You can apply and get more details at https://epwaterparks.com/jobs.

2021 was the inaugural season for the water parks, located throughout the city. Thousands of people visited the parks in its first season. 2022 the season will kick off in May and run throughout the summer.

There’s Camp Cohen in the Northeast part of El Paso.  Chapoteo is on the far east side. The Lost Kingdom Water Park is in Central El Paso on Hughey Drive. Oasis Water Park is somehow even FARTHER east than the far east location.

All four parks have multiple rides and attractions including slides, pools, and climbing walls. The Oasis location also has El Paso’s one and only surfing machine.

All four parks offer season passes, cabana rentals and each has an on-site café/snack bar.
