This cold windy weather sure does make soup sound like a good idea for dinner. There are all kinds of soups that feed we crave during these cold times. The soups that are ordered quite often would be tortilla soup, caldo de res, and caldo de pollo. There are other soups that are also comforting during cold times, but curious which is most loved in the borderland. We can agree that all of those caldos are delicious but only one can be the most loved. When the cold fronts come around (which is quite often) we usually crave a nice big bowl of soup.
