The Black Keys definitely have their ear antennas up and running lately.

Turns out The Black Keys are suing Pinnacle Entertainment in a New York Federal Court because they used a song that sounds very much like their hit, "Howlin' For You" for a commercial promoting two of their Louisiana properties. Members, Patrick Carney and Dan Auerbach are requesting an injunction and compensation.

Apparently, this is not the first time this has happened, they recently settled similar lawsuits with Home Depot and Pizza Hut.

The Black Keys are up for five Grammy Awards next month and Auerbach has also been nominated for Producer of the year.
