Best Waffles In El Paso?

We already have Taco Tuesday so, why not start a new day?  Welcome to Waffle Wednesday!

Waffles are kinda the bastard stepchildren of the breakfast world. Everyone wants  pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, menudo, etc... Waffles get no love which sucks because they're tasty, easy to make and can be served a number of ways.

Want some? Try these locally owned El Paso "waffle-erias":

• Basico Bistro Cafe. Their banana waffles are amazing.
• Crave Kitchen and Bar. Crave pairs theirs with chicken and it's awesome. They should get a medal for this.
• Elmer's Family Restaurant. One of the best places in El Paso for breakfast period. (They'll pair your waffles up with chicken too!

All the usual, national breakfast suspects ... Village Inn, IHOP, Denny's, etc ... are always out there too. Plus, Menchies and Baskin Robbins make their waffles into cones and fill 'em with tasty stuff.
