New In El Paso – Check Out The Toasted Yolk

El Paso has a great new spot on the west side for you to really up your breakfast, (or brunch), game at.

The Toasted Yolk just opened up at 5860 N. Mesa and it's breathing fresh air into El Paso's breakfast scene with a variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch options as well as a variety of drink options including tea, specialty coffees, juices, boosters, energizers and booze. They also have tasty treats for your furry friends and specials like "Scrub Love" and their "Toasted After Dark" events package where you can take over the restaurant after they close.

If breakfast and brunch aren't typically your thing, (that's me), the Toasted Yolk will quickly change your mind. (Just like they changed mine.) They have a lunch menu too.

It's not only about breakfast either. Beyond the delicious egg/bacon/waffle/etc goodness, they also offer quesadillas, house made salsa, brisket tacos, chicken dishes, sandwiches and more. Check out some pics of the Toasted Yolk and the dishes my friends and I recently had there.

Who says happy hour has to be an evening thing? At the Toasted Yolk, you can get toasted first thing in the morning if you want. Scrambled eggs and a beer? - You got it. Sausage and a shot? - No problem. They also offer Mimosas, Bloody Mary's and their special "Bloody Maria". A Bloody Mary made with silver tequila instead of vodka.

Pet Friendly Breakfast

Bring the furballs. They have a really nice patio, (that's about 80 - 90% enclosed), where you and Fido can chill together. (It has an awesome fireplace too for those chilly winter breakfasts.) Not only are pets welcome, they have their own section of the menu with treats designed just for them.
