Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators filmed the video for "You're a Lie" in April, and here's a little preview of what's to come. It was shot by Anthony Leonardi III, who's also going to direct Slash's first feature film "Nothing to Fear".

Slash, by the way, has started a production company to begin releasing some horror films called Slasher Films. "Nothing to Fear" began shooting in March with Anne Heche and one of my favorite actors, Clancy Brown. (You might remember him as The Kurgan from the first Highlander movie.)

The new Slash CD "Apocalyptic Love" comes out in a few weeks, on May 22.

"'You're A Lie' is the second song I brought to the band in 2011 during the last tour," explains Slash. "We worked on it at soundcheck somewhere, I can't remember where. It's gone through some minor changes along the way, mainly the chorus. But for the most part, it's remained true to its original arrangement. I can't wait to play this live."
