Remarkable Arizona Mansion Is Up For Auction
A stunning Phoenix, Arizona mansion just hit the auction block, and for a starting bid of $2 million, it could be yours.
The $2 million starting bid may sound a bit exorbitant, but I think you'll be shocked to find that that's about $5 million off it's original listing price which is $7.9 million!
The property is appropriately named The Rockridge Estate and it's located at 4937 E. Rockridge Road. The auction is being put on by Interluxe Auctions, an online luxury real estate auction marketplace, and bidding begins at 10 a.m. on June 24.
But for $2 million what do you get? Well, the estate was built in 2010 and it comes with five bedrooms, five baths, five partial baths. It has 13,286 square feet and it rests on 1.09 acres. Take a peek inside to see what else you're in for.

Just look at those views! That along with the high ceilings, the intricate wrought-iron staircase and 15-foot windows framing mountain views is enticing for any millionaire looking for a new place to call home!
I love Phoenix, and if I had the money I'd definitely bid on this! Although I will say, for $2 million in the Phoenix heat, the one thing missing here is a POOL!
But you may be wondering why the house is up for auction instead of a regular home sale? Interluxe Auctions President and CEO Scott Kirk told the Phoenix New Times:
The reason sellers choose to auction instead of listing conventionally is really simply because they seek liquidity and they seek the ability to expose the property to a vast audience in a very time-sensitive manner.
If you had the money, would you bid on this mansion?
