so it was said that people would get food stamps with their NM license THAT IS FALSE- there is no way people with out papers can apply for food stamps

(Wrong! People get public assistance including, but not limited to food stamps, WITHOUT a drivers license all the time. A driver's license just makes it that much easier.)
I mean come on how are you no talents being harmed in Texas if some head of household in Nm has a license ?

(Uh...maybe by having an entire growing army of people who have no allegiance to this country, that are part of an underground economy and who are now, thanks to their spiffy new New Mexico driver's licenses, able to participate in the electoral process where they will then vote for even more politicians who will put their interests ahead of citizens. (Sales tax, really? You're going to compare paying 8.5% on consumed goods to the income tax that regular Americans pay which can be as high as 50% of their income. That takes a lot of nerve, compadre. Especially when you consider that the same people who pay those whopping taxes almost NEVER QUALIFY for the programs those taxes pay for!!!  After shelling out a huge, hemorhagging percentage of their income, they try to enroll their kids in an early education plan. Oops, that only if your kid's primary language is something other than English. Now, back to work, sucker!  And the 8.5% in consumed goods is only assuming the illegal individual doesn't take advantage do a little something called the "manifestos" by which they are reimbursed for the taxes on their consumed goods.)

How about this for a solution: we take every able-bodied adult American who's on welfare and put them out in a field against an illegal Mexican. Then we say "Go" and see who can pick more chilis.
