A Healthy Valentines Day Idea For Carnivorous Lovers
Valentines Day is tomorrow and if you haven't found the perfect gift yet, have you considered brisket?
Assuming your snookums isn't a vegan, Brisket should make them way happy and it's super healthy!! (At least, according to this article anyway.) Brisket is almost a religion in Texas, and the researchers were from Texas A & M so, the study may be a tad biased. That being said, the study says, brisket raises good cholesterol levels and lowers bad cholesterol levels.
More important than it's healthful benefits, brisket is pretty damn tasty and a nice dinner does make for a nice Valentines evening. I wouldn't stop at just dinner as a gift ... unless you're not planning on celebrating Valentines 2020 ... but, it's a great starting point.
