A Silent Film has come all the way across the pond to perform here in El Paso. They are an English alternative rock band that formed in 2005.

Their newest album, "Sand and Snow," is brilliant from beginning to end. The composition and lyrics for the songs on the album are very unified and bridge the songs together well. This is one of those albums I could listen to fully from beginning to end. When people ask what bands A Silent Film could be compared to, I would say a blend of Snow Patrol, The Killers with the lyrical genius of Coldplay.

We previously interviewed this band and they charmed the pants off of the entire morning show. This band is always kind and love talking to their fans. I highly recommend checking them out tonight at The Lowbrow Palace with special guest Hands, at 111 Robinson Ave by UTEP. You can buy tickets at the door for the concert, or you can go to holdmyticket to buy them before the show! Tickets are only $16 and the show is 18 and over!

You can see the video for one of my favorite songs by this band below. "Danny, Dakota and the Wishing Well" is a song I can't wait to see tonight in concert!
