Here’s What a Day in the Life of a Real Texan Looks Like

Have you ever wondered what life is like as a born and bred Texan? Well wonder no more because we have an answer for you!

It all comes courtesy of TikTok/Instagram content creator Ara Hollyday, who gave all of us a special sneak peak of what a day as a Texan looks like, and to be honest, this is how we should all be living life! Check it out below:

As you can see it is a very eventful day; and being a Texan is not for the weak, especially if you're waking up in boots and doing your morning routine with a cowboy hat! And did you know that the Texan standard is 18 gallons of sweet tea? I had no idea, I'm going to have to up my intake! Also, I've never practiced my "yee-haws" for four hours, I guess that's also something I'm going to have to work on!

Obviously, it's all a parody, and in all good fun. But major props to Hollyday for hitting on some of the major aspects of Texas livin' like Whataburger, Buc-ees, HEB and Blue Bell ice cream. I think my favorite part is when he says that before bed he makes sure that the "stars at night are big and bright!"

Despite it being a parody, it's still a creative video; and I'm not the only one who thinks so! The video has garnered over four thousand likes and hundreds of likes from fellow Texans who agree that this video tells a little bit of truth; mainly with the sweet tea!
