This is one of the most heart warming stories I have heard in a long time.  The world's smallest puppy, Beyonce,  was almost never born.  Her mom was a stray found on the street and was taken to animal control and almost euthanized.  The Grace Foundation of Northen California rescued her from Devore Animal Control, and they have now submitted an application with the Guinness Book of World Records 

It is the day of my birth my friends! So on this momentous day, it would not be right to just one Monster Hottie of the Day.
