El Paso has spoken and it was loud and clear -- YES to Propositions 1, 2 AND 3! That means not only are we saying yes to the downtown ballpark, but we're saying no to those who tried to throw us off track, whether it was for passion or personal gain. Nobody embodies that effort more than local attorney Stephanie Townsend-Allala, who put herself out there as the voice of NO. So if we're saying hello to progress, must mean we're saying...Goodbye, Stephanie! Here's out salute...
