A supervisor at a Starbucks in New York had to quit this weekend after a video of her yelling at a customer went viral.  Supposedly she accused the woman of trying to steal one of the cookie straws you can get with a Frappuccino now. Then she told her to "get the [eff] out," and wouldn't let her pay for it.

When other customers tried to defend the woman, the supervisor started yelling at them too. She also told one of the workers to call the cops. Starbucks released a statement about how she's a good person who had a bad day, and offered the customer a $100 gift card.
