The Rock Resurrection Tour hit El Paso toward the end of October and it was a rockin' night.

Theory Of A Deadman and Skillet returned to El Paso while St. Asonia made, (what I believe was), their first visit to the Sun City.

Three great bands all in the El Paso County Coliseum for one, loud, hit filled night that included a special guest during Skillet's show and some cover songs during TOAD's.

Theory Of A Deadman managed to squeeze in all the hits along with other songs and a  surprising cover early on of "Two Of Us". If you missed the concert, check out a show from several months ago up above for a pretty good idea of what El Paso got.

Here are some pics of the lucky KLAQ fans who got to meet Skillet and Theory Of A Deadman ...

Saint Asonia kicked everything off with a short, powerful set that included a couple of tunes from Three Days Grace, the band Adam Gontier previously fronted. Adam also popped up during Skillet's set at one point to sing "Finish Line".

Skillet tore it up on their own with a set that was loaded with songs very familiar to hardcore fans and casual fans alike.

The last time they were in town, they were cool enough to do a private show for a few lucky KLAQ fans at Star City Studio.

Here's a sample from that afternoon ...
