World Rat Day – Teresa’s Aww! of the Day [VIDEO]

Today is World Rat Day.  I don't get it, but they are God's creatures and many people have them as pets.  I have never been a fan of rats and thought  I would have a heart attack when the one and only Joan Jett placed a pet rat on me during a SXSW interview.  The rat didn't attack me or chew off any of my fingers, so I survived.  This video shows rats being cute and cuddly.  Who knew.  Happy World Rat Day!
