Women Can Now Legally Go Topless In New Mexico
New Mexico was one of 6 states who recently made it legal for women to go topless.
The other 5 ... 'cuz you knoooow, you wanna know ... were Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma. This was a big win for the "Free The Nipple" movement who are fighting for the right for women to go topless in public just as men can. They say this is unfair and demand equal treatment for both sexes when it comes to "airing things out".
All 6 states fall under the jurisdiction of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals who recently upheld a federal judge's conclusion that allowing men to go topless but not women amounted to "unconstitutional discrimination".
Between this, the medical marijuana laws and the fact that their part of the Rio Grande has water in it; our neighbor to the north is quickly becoming the "cool place". C'mon Texas legislature ... ya'll start legislating!!
