The third time's a charm. Following jams featuring three of the Big 4 at their first two European shows, Wednesday night's jam in Milan, Italy included members of all four metal titans: Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax taking on the Misfits classic "Die, Die My Darling".

"There's some extra gear on stage, extra amps" said Metallica's James Hetfield in setting up the jam. "Maybe we need some extra musicians."

"Besides this year being Metallica's 30 year anniversary," he continued, "for us and the fans, which is amazing; not only that, but the Big 4 on one stage is amazing. I never thought that it would ever happen. Now is the right time. So…on behalf of Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer and Metallica, we need to come out and play a song together to represent the Big 4 is strong and heavy music is alive and well in Milano, Italy."
