Watch For Motorcycles!

KLAQ and the Texas Department of Public Safety have teamed up to raise drivers' awareness of motorcycles!

It's great that the Texas Dept. of Public Safety and The Q are doing this, but drivers should ALWAYS be on the lookout for bikes. Not just during advertising campaigns or when you "happen" to think of it.

Watch for them ALWAYS!! 

Being smaller, we are harder to see so look, look twice ... then LOOK AGAIN!!!!!!!  In the past week or two there have been at least two accidents .. resulting in serious injury to the motorcyclist .. that appear to be due to driver inattention. Cars turning left without properly checking resulting in a biker unable to avoid broadsiding the car.

Can you imagine how you would feel if you killed someone because you didn't take that simple second look??

Please, WATCH OUT FOR BIKES!!
