UTEP Player Punched By East Carolina Wuss [VIDEO]

Basket-boxing?? Boxer-ball??

The UTEP Miners edged out East Carolina Saturday night thanks to a last second 3 pointer by McKenzie Moore.  Congrats UTEP!!

The sports action wasn't all B-ball though as Shamarr Bowden ... who apparently doesn't handle pressure well ... took a cheap shot at UTEPs Konner Tucker.  Check it out!

(Good thing he didn't try that off the court ... say in the parking lot of the Haskins Center.  El Chuco would have showed him more chingasos than he ever even imagined!)

Bowden apologized afterwards, tweeting this message to Tucker:

"didn't get to speak to you after the game but I want to apologize to you and your team. That's not who I am I am bigger than that and it was out of character of me. I was confused at the moment of what was going on. Hope you accept my apology and good luck with the rest of yalls season."

Whatever.
