Two Pennsylvania men's raft trip down a flooded street this weekend soon turned into a slap on the wrist from police.  According to CBSPhilly.com, Pete and Pat of Philadelphia were arrested Sunday after paddling down Main Street, for what police are reportedly calling "lack of common sense."  The two boaters say they planned the alternate mode of transportation a day in advance, knowing that Hurricane Irene was likely to leave the road flooded.  They also told reporters they thought it would be a "good time."  No charges were filed against Pete and Pat, but authorities are warning residents to take the flooding situation seriously.
