The documentary is the story of a group of women who were looking for love on the popular dating app Tinder, and instead found themselves out hundreds of thousands of dollars due to being conned by a charming casanova. Simon Leviev portrayed himself as the son of a billionaire diamond heir, who had a playboy lifestyle but was still a romantic at heart looking for love.
