This Valentine’s Day Don’t Fall for the Heart Shaped Pizza Scam

Hi. I'm Joanna Barba and I'm here to warn you about something that thousands of people (probably) fall victim to every year: heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day.

I know what you're probably thinking: who wants pizza on Valentine's Day? Well, don't knock it, man. Pizza is delicious- and universally loved- and they do say the way to your loved one's heart is through their stomach.

So every year, lots of pizza places start advertising their scam: heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. And every year, thousands (probably) go for it! I'm here to tell you to stop! IT'S A SCAM!

Heart shaped pizza, which looks adorable and is very tasty, is just less pizza for more money! I should know! I fell victim to it not once but TWICE!

That's right, I paid double the money to have a heart shaped pizza to share with my loved ones for Valentine's Day on TWO separate occasions- like, I didn't learn my lesson the first time!

Was it delicious? Yes, yes it was (Pizza Joint does make some very tasty pizza). But it was expensive! And notice how there is another box underneath? That's because we needed more than one pizza so everyone could get a slice!

And don't even get me started on the slices! If you thought Chuck E. Cheese had weird slices, heart shaped pizzas have some odd slices.

So this year, if you're looking to get some tasty pizza for Valentine's Day (again, don't knock it- it's delicious) don't get the heart shaped pizza- just order a regular large! It'll taste the same and you'll still love it, I promise!
