The Jersey Shore Episode Featuring El Paso Airs July 7 On MTV
The Jersey Shore episode filmed in El Paso will air on MTV on Thursday, July 7, 2022.
Today's the day; the long-awaited episode of the Jersey Shore Family vacation featuring El Paso airs tonight on MTV.
Back in March, fans were thrilled when DJ Pauly D rolled into town with the whole Jersey Shore gang for his DJ gig at the 11:11 club off Dyer.
The group was first spotted landing at the El Paso International Airport and, over a few days, were spotted all over town filming and taking in the sights and sounds of the Sun City.
Apart from hanging out at 11:11 for DJ Pauly D's set, the group hit up Taconeta for some bomb flautas, Prickly Elder, bar-hopped along the Cincinnati District, and were seen shakin' it down at Ricky D's in East El Paso.
From videos shared on FitFAm, the Jersey Shore cast looked like they had a chill time hanging out while sporting their best boots and cowboy hats (except for Pauly D because, you know, gotta watch the do). And until the episode airs, we won't know how much of the El Paso footage will make the final cut.
It's been a hot minute since The Jersey Shore took MTV by storm with its drama and drunk antics, but the cast has chilled out dramatically since the show's early days.
If this was 1990 and the Jersey Shore had filmed one of their early shows on the borderland, I have no doubt it would have included a trip across into Juarez where shenanigans of an epic level would have surely ensued.
And maybe the fact that it never happened is a good thing because not everyone was prepared for the drink and drowns that Juarez was once known for in its heyday.
