One of the best fitness festivals is back after taking a hiatus in 2020 due to the pandemic. Find out more about the Desert Games.

Since 2015, the Live Fit EP fitness festival has been a place where fitness competitors and fitness lovers meet. The event brought together the best athletes in bodybuilding, karate, jiu-jitsu, powerlifting, and strongman to compete to see who's the best in the Borderland and beyond.

One of the biggest events at the Live Fit EP fitness festival is the Desert Games, a fitness competition where teams of the best CrossFit competitors test their strength and endurance with grueling workouts. Teams of four compete in either scaled or RX divisions with various workouts. The event is so popular that spectators gather to cheer on their friends and family as they compete. Gyms will also show up to show support for their athletes who are competing.

The Desert Games competition will be held Saturday, November 6th. More details will be announced as the date gets closer but athletes are already tagging each other in the Instagram post getting their teams together.
