Texas Metal Favorites Upon A Burning Body Coming Back To El Paso

Everything is bigger in Texas... well if you've ever gone to a show in Texas, you now that's a fact. El Paso has hosted many metal concerts, including some fellow Texas bands: Nothing More, Sons of Texas, Memphis May Fire... but one of the loudest bands from Texas has been San Antonio's Upon a Burning Body. They've been proving that since 2005 & they're going to make their way towards our neck of the woods again in August.

One of the songs that really proves not only how loud UABB can be, but also their love for their home state of Texas is without a doubt this one. (After all it's Texas in the title)

Upon a Burning Body is no stranger to showing love to El Paso either; they've played here a total of 8 times in the past, including Tricky Falls & the 2015 Texas Showdown Festival.

Upon a Burning Body released their new "Fury" May 3rd & announced they are going on tour this year with Signs of the Swarm, Vulvodynia & Decayer. The tour kicks off with a few stops in Texas: August 16th in Austin & Lubbock on the 17th. The tour will wrap up September 17th in Orlando, Florida. El Paso is the 3rd stop on the tour: August 18th at The Rockhouse Bar & Grill. It is an ages 18 & over show starting at 6:30pm & you can get your tickets here.
