Californians are on the move, and they are coming to Texas! And who can blame them? Texas has an abundance of Whataburger, H-E-B, it's the home of Dr. Pepper and Big Red, and, according to this study, homes in Texas are 59% less expensive compared to California. So, that may be the big driving force as to why Californians are desperately trying to call Texas home.

It seems like Texas is really booming lately, even with big time celebrities moving to the Lone Star state like Elon Musk and Joe Rogan. Them, along with the 190 daily California transplants (from 2010 to 2019), even with a state as big as Texas, it may feel like it's starting to get a little crowded!

However, if you're coming to Texas there's one thing you have to learn to deal with, and that's the summer heat! That's what this California man has evidently not learned how to deal with!

Andres Lopez on TikTok shared a video where he's rethinking his entire move! Check it out below:

Now, this video was posted in early June, and many native Texans pointed out, that was just the pre-heating phase of a Texas summer!

Many helpful Texans tried to give him helpful tips on how to survive a Texas summer, like floating down the river or just avoiding the outside entirely. Others, like his fellow Californians, told him it was best if he just moved back to the sunshine state.

Dealing with the Texas heat is no joke, and some are just not built for it!
