Man Tattoos His Dog While Sedated, Animal Cruelty Or Not?

A Brooklyn tattoo artist decided to make his dog "cooler" than the other dogs on this planet with a permanent mark. Many consider that to be animal cruelty, but apparently the vet that let him didn't. A lot of people argued this for both sides, some say at least the dog was under anesthetic and others just don't agree period. His dog was undergoing a major surgery and he thought he would get his moneys worth and give the dog some ink.
