"Stranger Things" is really good at bringing the nostalgia of the 80's. In season one, it was great, in season two they laid it on pretty thick and it as a little off putting. They made up for it in season three when a majority of the show took place in a mall. Not to mention all the great references to popular 80's movies and the appearance of great actors whose career was launched in the decade. From Winona Ryder to Cary Elwes, Paul Reiser to Sean Astin- "Stranger Things" has done a great job of triggering memories for a lot of people.

Now, we can add one more name to the list of great 80's actors because Freddy Krueger himself has signed on to star in season four of the Netflix hit original show. Robert Englund has signed for a recurring role as Victor Creel, a disturbed and intimidating man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a gruesome murder in the 1950s. It sounds like such a great role for Englund who has done a few TV appearances (including a Freddy cameo in "The Goldbergs") here and there.

"Stranger Things" has also announced the newest faces we'll see this season- check the out here. The "Stranger Things" Twitter account is busy giving us some hints as to who each actor will play like Joseph Quinn who will play Eddie Munson. According to Deadline, the first episode of season 4 will be called The Hellfire Club- the episode synopsis is

Eddie is an audacious 80’s metalhead who runs The Hellfire Club, Hawkins High’s official D&D club. Hated by those who don’t understand him — and beloved by those who do — Eddie will find himself at the terrifying epicenter of this season’s mystery.

Could we expect another disappearance to the Upside Down this season? "Stranger Things" season 4 is currently in production but no work yet on when it debuts on Netflix.
