Social Distortion Return To El Paso In September!

One of my all time favorite bands is coming back!

Social Distortion return to the Sun City Tuesday, September 5th, to perform at Tricky Falls, 209 South El Paso St. Tickets will go sale Friday, May 12th, at Tricky Falls, Bowie Feathers, Eloise, Golden Goose Tattoo and All That Music and Video. You will also be able to purchase them online at ticketfly.com.

Social Distortion was formed by Mike Ness in Southern California in 1978 and has undergone a number of lineup changes. One of their drummers, Charlie 'Chalo' Quintana, was from El Paso, starting his career with a band called The Cruzados. (Check them out here). Charlie was with Social Distortion for about 10 years.

Social Distortion will soon return to the studio and hope to have a new album out sometime in 2018. Their last one ... Hard Times and Nursery Rhymes ... was released in 2011.
