Sign Your Kids Up for Virtual Storytime Hosted By Local Bookstore

Since large gatherings aren't allowed Books Are GEMS found a way to continue their storytime event. Books Are GEMS would host storytime at their bookstore for families until Covid-19 put a stop to that. Due to Covid-19, we have been asked to avoid any large gatherings to prevent cases to continue spiking. Books Are GEMS know how important their storytime is to their bookworms. If your kids enjoy hearing stories then their future Saturday mornings are about to become delightful. This non-profit organization is trying to keep children entertained during these times. I still don't feel safe going out and about just yet with my children due to the Covid-19 cases spiking. So this virtual storytime couldn't have come at a better time for my family.

My son doesn't really enjoy reading on his own that much but sure does love when someone reads to him. If your kids also enjoy storytime then you will want to sign them up for the Virtual Storytime Saturday. You can sign your child up online right here at info@booksaregems.org. After you sign up for Virtual Storytime Saturday they will e-mail you a zoom link to join in. The Virtual Storytime Saturday will begin Saturday, July 18. Virtual Storytime will be held every Saturday until October 3, 2020. This family-friendly event will start at 10:30 am and will even give parents a giggle. Storytime is the perfect family activity to engage with your children during these tough times. Our community is lucky to have an organization that tries to provide a fun and safe family activity.
