Shadows Fall to Release ‘Fire From the Sky’ on May 8
Fire is set to rain down from the sky on May 8, but there’s no reason to run for cover. Overhead fire is actually a good thing for metalheads as it is the day that Massachusetts metal veterans Shadows Fall will release their Razor & Tie debut, titled ‘Fire From the Sky.’ What a metallic way to welcome in the spring.
Drummer Jason Bittner shared the good news via his official YouTube channel. The news was revealed in the comments section. ‘Fire From the Sky’ was recorded by Killswitch Engage guitarist and noted producer Adam Dutkiewicz at Zing Studios in Westfield, Mass. He was also involved in the writing process for the album, as well.
‘Fire From the Sky’ is the band’s first album since 2009′s ‘Retribution.’ Shadows Fall recently embarked on a spate of warm up dates, setting the stage for a busy 2012.
