WTF Wednesday returns. California is under an incredible drought, lakes are drying up and water rationing begins soon. Right now, those using more water than needed are fined heavily.

For some uber-rich jackasses though, the fines are nothing.  One Rancho Santa Ana resident recently dropped $2 million to get The Rolling Stones to play at a local bar. I doubt that guy will sweat a hundred dollar fine.  Other, crazy rich, residents are also under the impression that the rich shouldn't have to suffer. Fortunately, El Pasoans care enough to try and conserve. Or, we just can't afford the fines. One of the two.

Steve Yuhas argues that, as long as you're paying for it, you should get all the water you want. He says people:

“should not be forced to live on property with brown lawns, golf on brown courses or apologize for wanting their gardens to be beautiful. And, no, we’re not all equal when it comes to water.”

Good thinking there, Zippy. Wonder what he's going to do when the water is gone completely? WTF!?
