These are some of the headlines you could’ve expected if Breitbart, Infowars or Fox news had seen this picture of our listeners jumping over a mini-river that popped up in the middle of Album Park after a mild thundershower.

But a little rain couldn’t stop the annual KLAQ Halloween Parade which for 33 years has always happened on Halloween afternoon at Album Park.
