It seems like wedding season is right around the corner and El Paso has been named the lowest cost destination for your white wedding. Weddings can put plenty of extra stress on a couple. The cost, logistics, family issues and everything else can be quite the burden for two lovers. Some couples elope, while others head down to the courthouse, but most couples fork out the cash to enjoy a big soiree with all their family and friends in attendance. One of the components that can drive up the cost of your big day is the city where you tie the knot. WalletHub looked at 180 major cities and figured out which were the best to get married in, the worse, the most expensive and the best bang for your buck. Lucky for El Pasoans, our city came out on top of one of those, and it's not a bad list. WalletHub used 27 indicators to see where these cities all ranked for things like cost, number of event planners, wedding chapels, flowers shops and even things to do for your guests like attractions and the overall weather of the city.

El Paso came out at #23 on the list, right before Phoenix (#24) who was also right ahead of Albuquerque (#25), another Southwestern destination. El Paso scored highest for being the best low-cost wedding destination, but surprisingly didn't make it to the top 5 for the best weather destinations. Check out the top ten destinations below, or you can see the entire list at the WalletHub website to see where your favorite destinations ranked.
