New Band To Watch At Balloonfest – UME

We have added another band to the Balloonfest line-up and this is one you are going to want to watch. UME is a Texas rock band and we were able to interview their beautiful and talented lead singer Lauren before they come and rock out with us this weekend. You can even find out what local band they say are an inspiration!

UME is a three piece rock band from Austin, Texas who are making waves in the ruck industry. Their new album, "Monuments," was recently released and the band has been getting rave reviews by some of the biggest names in the music industry. Perry Farrell from Jane's Addiction personally called them to ask them to perform at the Lollapalooza after party and Nance Wilson from Heart asked lead singer Lauren Larson to sing with her at the Acoustic 4-A Cure Benefit in San Francisco.

The band is getting ready to head overseas with Black Sabbath and are touring now with Circa Survive. You can see them this weekend at Balloonfest on Saturday opening up for Sevendust. Tickets are still available and you can purchase them at Hold My Ticket.
