Monday Must See Mugshot- Guy Passes Out During Mugshot

There's drunk, and then there's you fell asleep in your mugshot drunk. Guess what category this guy fell in.

Police in Porter, Texas say a guy was so trashed during his booking photo, he actually fell asleep. Around 5:30 pm on Thursday, police got a call about a man, 20 year-old Christopher Shirley passed out in the driver's seat of his truck in a Wal-Mart parking lot. He apparently fell asleep while the vehicle was in reverse, and drove into a parked vehicle. A person on scene even tried to wake him up, but couldn't.

When deputies arrived on scene, Shirley had slurred speech, trouble walking and his eyes were squinting. He failed a field sobriety test and then admitted he was trashed before he even drove to the Wal-Mart parking lot. Shirley was so drunk that the deputies said he kept falling asleep while they were trying to take his mugshot. Couldn't anyone hold a buddy up during his photo?
