Looking For Cheap Property In New Mexico?

The state is auctioning off a bunch of property and a sweet deal may be waiting for you!

57 properties in Dona Ana county are going on the auction block because the owners have not paid their taxes. According to the Las Cruces Sune News, the auction will be held at the DAC Government Center in Las Cruces, 845 N. Motel Blvd, at 9am.

The Las Cruces Sun-News reported that:

Property types range from a single-family home at 3240 Jupiter Road in the Four Hills area of Las Cruces (assessed at $142,567; minimum bid $6,700) and a two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at 3650 Morningstar Drive, Unit 1501 in the Casitas at Morningstar (assessed at $123,913; minimum bid $6,500); to a 1,634-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bath home at 989 Rio Bravo way in the Elks area (assessed at $145,767; minimum bid $9,000).
